Debra Harris

Debra has lived in Hainesport with her husband and daughter for 3 years. Debra’s daughter attends Hainesport Township school where both Debra and her husband are active members of the PTO.

Debra is a licensed attorney in Arizona and New Jersey. She’s a former Prosecutor & Deputy County Attorney for Maricopa County, AZ and is currently Corporate Counsel & Deputy General Counsel for a Phoenix/ Philadelphia based absence management and insurance company, which is a subsidiary of a top tier Japan based, global insurance company. Debra is also a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with over 20 years in the healthcare field.

Debra’s public service includes current, active member of the Hainesport PTO, Chair of the Hainesport Democratic Committee, friend of the Burlington County Library, donor to the Burlington County Animal Shelter, over 10 years as Board Member (including serving as President & Vice President) on her Homeowner’s Association in AZ, AZ Regional Park Planning Commission, and volunteering on several state and national political campaigns.

Debra is a self proclaimed bookworm who works from her Hainesport home. She loves living in Hainesport and looks forward to serving the residents of Hainesport as Committeewoman.

Bob Mode

Bob was born in Bronx County, New York City, and lived in Queens, NY, before moving to Hazlet NJ, Monmouth County in 1966.

He was very active in the Boy Scouts, attaining Life Scout Rank, and served two years at Forestburg Scout Reservation in upstate New York. He also belonged to the Civil Air Patrol for 2 years as a cadet.

After graduating Raritan High School, in 1978, Bob worked in factories, then housing construction till the mid 1990’s, then became a self-taught photographer, specializing in events. Next, he branched into retail, starting in Fishkin Brothers Camera Store in Perth Amboy, gradually moving on to outdoor retail, eventually becoming a Store Manager for Eastern Mountain Sports in the Moorestown Mall location.

Bob is currently employed at Lenape Regional High School District as a School Bus Driver, where he serves in the LDSSA, Lenape District Support Staff Association, which is part of the NJEA, as the Election Chair and The Grievance Committee Chair.

Bob also has worked as a Prep Cook at Murray Grove Retreat, in Toms River NJ.

He is a 20+ year member, past President, and Current Treasurer of the Jersey Shore Sea Kayak Assoc. In addition, he enjoys cooking for friends, reading, hiking and dining out.

Bob has been a resident of Hainesport, on Lumberton Rd for 12 years.
